Anantharam Varayur has spent over three decades in the IT sector and is passionate about developing active senior living communities. He was Executive Director at BNI Bangalore and has helped over 16,000 entrepreneurs develop their businesses successfully. Along with Sumathy, Anantharam has travelled to more than 15 countries to explore the local cultures and understand retirement homes.

SUMATHY ANANTHARAM

Sumathy Anantharam nurtures a deep passion for serving the senior community. She has over three decades of experience in the IT sector and has completed the ISB Women Entrepreneurs Program. In addition to her work, she mentors young entrepreneurs, guiding them to choose the right path in their business careers.

KUSHAL RAMESH

Kushal Ramesh, the favorite of everyone at home, brings 11+ years of experience in traditional real estate buying and selling. His deep emotional connection with home buyers inspired him to pursue senior living, a rapidly growing industry in India that requires passionate young leaders to drive its future.
