AMBULANCE: The full fledged ambulance is already stationed at the Project. We have tie up with ‘VIJAYASHREE MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL ’ at JIGANI which is 10 minutes drive.and NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA hospital which is 15 min drive.

2) Will you provide a full time Nurse in case I need due to my acute ill health?

In case, you need Food on a monthly basis, we will charge Rs.7,500/- per month, per person which includes Bed tea in your Flat, Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Tea, Dinner at Dining Hall. We serve only VEGETARIAN FOOD. Your flat comes with Kitchen. You can prepare your own food also.

The Shuttle service is readily available at Manasum Avighna Project which has drop & pick up facilities from Jigani, Anekal, Jayanagar Koramangala at regular intervals. Nominal charges will be applicable.

There are few good super markets in Jigani, Anekal and Marasur Gate who sell quality products/provision which is 10 minutes drive from Manasum Avighna.

We charge Rs.4 per sft for common maintenance charges. This includes cost of water supply, Power charges of common areas, security charges. This will vary from time to time depending on inflation.

‘Manasum Cares’, a sister concern of ‘Manasum Buildtech LLP’ is the absolute owner of the club. All the flat owners will be entitled to use the club facilities at nominal charges. A retired defense personnel who is service minded, customer oriented and good administrative skills will look after overall project

Of course. The flat is yours. They can stay with you. There is no restriction on the number of people staying with you as long as you are comfortable with them.

Three guest Houses will be located in the Model flat-area.

We will charge Rs.890 /- per room for the first person and Rs 350/- for the second person . The check in time is 12 noon & check out time is 10am.

We will charge-half day charges beyond 12 noon –till 8pm. If it crosses 8pm – then It will be considered as full day and full day charges will be charged.

Yes. Once the flat is registered on your name, you are free to sell or rent to anybody.

No, we don’t have any restrictions on ownership. However, there should be one person aged above 55 years to stay in the flat

If the resident is the owner, the property can be transferred in the name of the legal heirs as per the law. Or if any will is executed, the property can be transferred as per the will.

If the resident is staying on rent or long lease, the advance will be transferred to the nominee as per the agreement terms.

Yes, we shall help in both selling or renting out the flat. However you can appoint your own agent/broker or representative to do the same.

Caretaker/ Qualified Nurse : we have tie up with agencies who provide care takers on need basis. You can directly negotiate with the agency and appoint the same.
